1. Can I change my order after placing it?
If we haven’t processed the order yet (usually within 1–2 hours), we might be able to make changes. Please contact us immediately!
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, and Stripe. (Add other methods if applicable).
3. What should I do if my payment fails?
Check your card information. If the problem persists, contact your bank or try another payment method.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
See our Shipping Times page. Generally, it’s 1–3 days for processing plus 7–15 days for standard shipping.
5. How can I track my order?
We send an email with a tracking number when the order is processed. You can click on the link or use the number on the carrier’s page.
6. How do I make a return?
